We had Isaac's birthday party last night at the Institute building, and it was a lot of fun. To give you an idea of what went into this party, I have a list in my planner of things to bring to the Institute. It includes: cake, candle, lighter, birthday hats, purple plastic sheet (to protect the carpet), Isaac's high chair, and his bib. We also brought Grandma and Tommy, who had driven over here from Winchester, Virginia to celebrate Isaac's birthday with us.
We stuck Isaac in his high chair with a piece of his birthday cake and let him go to town. Obviously, he embraced the opportunity:). His official birthday is October 21st (at 1 am)--what an amazing year this has been!
