Color the Bowens a big blue happy family. Here's why we're happy:
1) BYU beat Oklahoma on Saturday. (But we feel badly about Sam Bradford's injury.)
2) We had a whole slew of Bowens come to visit us this weekend. Thank you Matt, Jess, Kate, Luke, McKay, Derek, Trish, Faith, and Skye for coming to play with us!
3) We got to go on stroller rides as a big family.
4) The food was relatively sublime. I especially loved the frog eye salad, fruit salad, and the 87 bread sticks I ate. And Trish, somehow we forgot to consume the pea pods and celery... so guess what I'll be munching on for the next several days?:)
5) We got some quality grown-up talking and laughing, which I cherish.
6) I got to play tag, have my hair done by, and cuddle with my nieces and nephews.
7) I got a 2 hour nap after everyone left.
8) Then I vacuumed every surface of our home.
9) Then I launched an attack on the dirty laundry.
10) And now, after tucking my children in, I get to write.
What a great weekend.

Yea! We had so much fun. I guess I'd better send Trish a refund for the pea pods since I insisted that she get them. Thanks for the fun times!
