Lucy's dresser and recliner.

Isaac and Brooklyn share a walk-in closet in Isaac's room. Obviously, Brooklyn's little clothes take up more space:).

Isaac's bed and table and chairs. That wall really needs a picture--something relating to the sky would be great. We have cool stars to put up as well.

This is what you see when you walk into Isaac's room.

The master walk-in closet, taken up with Doug's clothing.

Here's Lucy's room! She loves her doll house, and likes to "tuck her polly pockets in" in the doll house.

Our master bathroom. Why yes, Doug and I are making out in that picture, thank you for asking:).

This is the view from beside our bed. Doesn't everyone want George Washington praying in their bedroom? That was Doug's idea.

Our bathroom and the third Monet.

A closeup of George and his horse.

I have two more frames to put up there--I don't know if I'll keep this bathroom as a wedding bathroom (I love your wedding bathroom, Bekah) or if I'll do Maui. I loved the Maui idea, but my pictures from Maui didn't save well on my computer. They won't enlarge and be clear. So annoying. Amber, I may still bug you for Maui pictures if I ever figure out how to make the feet in the sand picture look good.

These pictures of the kids' bathroom (and everything else) are blurry, not only because my camera is a piece of hud, but because I was literally taking three seconds to take pictures of each room. You can see the movement:).

That was the kids' bathroom.

These are the plates we bought two days ago at Target--I am so excited to finally use plastic plates. Ba humbug to chippable crockery, and good riddance to my chipped plates after seven years. Doug wanted to buy more delicate plates, and then he finally came around to my way of thinking and picked these awesome plates. Good pick, Doug!

Here's what you see when you come to our bedroom. We have three Monet's around our bed (again, thanks to Doug's dad) but you can only see two here. They make the room feel so peaceful!

These pictures on the brown-painted wall are in our bathroom downstairs. Every wall has a lawyer picture, compliments of Doug's dad. True, the bathroom decor is dry and dusty (not literally), but that kind of fits the profession being displayed:).

This is the amazing meal I made last night--hawaiian pork and coconut rice. So absolutely, incredibly amazing. I also made the whipped cream for our angel food cake, and it was/is heavenly. I don't know what to do with the rest of the whipped cream, but I look forward to seeing what it "goes" with in the next few days:).

This is how our food was set up for company, note the lazy susan below--one of 2. Every house should have lazy susans.

My awesome kitchen.

Doug striking a pose in our family room. Right when you come in our front door, you see the stair to your right, and our family room down the hallway. I don't love the layout, but it's fine.

Another picture of the bathroom in that hallway.
Our garage is still so full of things we haven't unpacked. I always hope to tackle it, and then there are always things to take care of inside the house, so i don't get to it. Maybe today?

Here's the view down our street. We're one of 16 (?) town houses on the left and 16 on the right. At the end of the street is a little park.

Lucy riding her tricycle down our street.

That's what our townhouse looks like!

And here's Isaac on the lawn to the left of our house. He like to attack the trees and bushes, and I have to remind him that there aren't many leaves to spare in Ammon, Idaho. If only he lived on the east coast and could chop down leaves to his heart's content! Maybe some day...
I like knowing what peoples' houses look like--maybe I'm bizarre, but I love it. It also gives me decorating and landscaping ideas. Feel free to consider yourself "tagged" to show me what your home looks like! Because we were having friends over last night, the house was reasonably clean. So I sprinted around my house for a few minutes before our friends arrived and my house looked like the pictures you see above. I didn't take a picture of Brooklyn's room/the laundry room because she was taking a nap in there:) Also, the downstairs bathroom picture isn't good because it doesn't show the cool mats. Oh well. Obviously, my house is still a work in progress. We haven't gotten many pictures on the wall, but we're working on it. The house definitely feels like our home.

Lookin' good!
It's fun to picture where you live. Thanks for sharing. Hopefully we'll get to see it in person some time.
I love the idea of cute plastic plates from Target...I might have to go get some myself.
Love your new house. ;)
