We celebrated Brooklyn's one month anniversary together at 1 am, 2:15 am, 4:15 am, 5:30 am, 7:00 am, and then 8:30 am. Even though I may fall asleep on the carpet (or a sidewalk?) some time today, thanks to all that togetherness, I'm thankful that she's sleeping at night. Thank goodness I'm not up ALL night:).
We're transitioning from having her sleep with me in bed at night to having her sleep in her bassinet. The theory is that this will be safer, and she'll sleep for longer periods of time. Obviously, the longer periods of time thing hasn't kicked in, but I'll keep trying new tricks. Any suggestions?
I'll take pictures of Brooklyn later today to show her at one month.
On house related news, I had a whopping 45 minutes to get my house ready to be shown on Friday, and the couple that came to see it said it was their favorite house. That's great, but their realtor said they're not in a hurry to buy. If they aren't in a hurry to buy, why are they wasting their realtor's time now, and my time? Grrr.... We also showed our house on Monday--I'll brag and say my house looked incredible for this showing--but haven't heard back about it yet. We keep praying that our house will sell--to end the house-showing chaos and give us more family time.
I took the kids on a 1 1/2 hour stroller ride last night. I didn't think it would be that long--I was returning a DVD to my realtor, who lives at the very end of a street up a mountain from me. So Brooklyn was in a front pack and Isaac and Lucy were in my running stroller. It was quite a workout! Isaac let me know that it made him tired. Me too, son:).

She is so cute! Based on my very limited experience, I would say 1)swaddle, 2) white noise machine, and 3) dream feed at 10 pm or so to buy you a few extra hours of sleep.
I can't believe she's already a month old! I hope that your house sells fast too so you guys can have some down time (as much as you can with 3 kids, always).
We had Kingsley sleep in the Fisher Price Rock n Play Sleeper until he was 14 weeks old. It was the only thing he would sleep in other than his swing. And honestly, we would stat him in his swing, and after his first feed I would put him in the bassinet. Eventually we got him just in the bassinet. And then we moved him to the crib.
As you know, he has been refusing to sleep since the hospital.
Lindsay also used the FP Rocker with Jane. And I know MaryAnn had Austin sleeping in the swing (and didn't have a very fun time breaking him of it). That is why I never put Kingsley back in the swing after his first feeding.
Good luck Tara. I don't have much advice- since I've only been through it once and I think I barely survived.
