So here I am in the bathroom. We're on Day 2 of potty training and we're at 6 successes and 6 accidents. I've spent a lot of quality time with Isaac in the bathroom and I can't say it's been my favorite adventure. I'm proud of him for his successes and stunned that there is so much advice out there about the right way to potty train. Some people think I'm committing an act of idiocy to have Isaac stand to pee. It was his choice, so there ya go. We watch movies all day. The movies are propped up on the top of the potty so Isaac can stare at both all day. We've had the best success with Isaac naked, but I worry about letting him run free in our house... Right now we're watching 'The Drummer Boy." Be very very jealous of me, and of Lucy, who is getting little attention. Isaac's singing along with the movie and Lucy's cooing, so it's okay.
And we put an offer on a house in Pocatello and the offer was accepted. More on that when I surface from the intense potty stage! Make sure to post a lot in the next few days on your blogs so I have something better than Kidsongs to look at during the potty training.

I feel your pain Tara! I think potty training for me was my least favorite part of parenting :) but when it is all over, it is so worth it! Congrats on the house!
